- bigboXX.com offers absolutely free delivery on orders $400 or above. A delivery fee will be charged for orders under $400.
- Next business day delivery for orders placed with us by 1:00pm, except where stated.
- Estimated delivery period for computers, printers take about 10-14 working days and about 45 working days for furniture & customized items, and it is subject to the stock availability of suppliers.
- You can view the estimated delivery date on the submit order page or see product detail pages.
- You will be required to sign and apply a company chop to the delivery note when you accept deliveries.
- Deliveries will be made from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays), to tie in with general office hours.
- Price are excluded upstairs charge. A delivery fee $200 per unit per floor shall be applied for deliveries in buildings with no lift service and the delivery fee will be charged when the delivery address is confirmed.
- Scheduled deliveries apply for the following districts:
- Sai Kung & Tseung Kwan O - Wednesdays & Fridays
- Fanling, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Wong Tai Sin & Southern Hong Kong - Tuesdays, Thursdays
- Shatin, Tai Po, Sheung Wan, Western District, Tung Chung & Airport - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
- Discovery Bay - Wednesdays
- Ma Wan - Mondays
- Admiralty, Causeway Bay, Central, Chai Wan, Hung Hom, Kowloon City, Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong, Mongkok, North Point, Quarry Bay, Sham Shui Po, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan, Wan Chai, Yau Ma Tei - Mondays to Fridays
- Outlying islands and residential addresses are not covered by our delivery service.
