Office Furniture Policies

Delivery Policies

  • Office Furniture orders must be placed separately from office supplies orders;deliveries will also be made separately.
  • Office Furniture orders are not applicable to online purchase.
  • Either self-pick-up & self-installation or delivery & installation services are available. The installation service must be carried out at the same time and at the same address as the delivery address. Additional installation and delivery fees may be applied. (The charges are depended on the delivery location. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline for details.)
  • Prices are excluded from parking fees and upstairs charges. An extra 5% delivery fee per unit per stair shall be applied for deliveries in buildings with no lift service and the delivery fee will be charged when the delivery address is confirmed.
  • All furniture items required professional installation and the installation is performed on the same day as delivery.
  • Estimated delivery period for general & customized items take about 45 working days, and it is subject to the stock availability of suppliers.
  • No cancellation can be accepted once the order has been confirmed; otherwise the customer is required to pay 50% of the total order amount for the handling fee.
  • You will be required to sign and apply a company chop to the delivery note when you have accepted the deliveries.
  • We only accept company cheque & credit card as C.O.D payment; cash, postdated cheque & personal cheque will not be accepted.
  • Deliveries & installation will be made from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm(excluding Hong Kong public holidays) to tie in with general office hours.


Exchange and Replacement

In the instance of products damaged upon delivery or with manufacturing defects, must be informed by the next working day after receipt of the item.

Exchange & replacement will not applicable for assembled products, and will be subject to the stock availability of suppliers.
