If you find a product purchased from us to be faulty or defective, please refer to the following return guidelines:
Returns are only possible within 7 days of purchase date and must be prior to the items' expiry date. To perform a refund, please contact us at enquiries@bigboXX.com or call 2127 7777.
- For computer hardware & machines please refer to the manufacturers warranty. These items should not be returned to bigboXX.
- Toners & inks can be returned subject to satisfactory evidence of a product fault. If over one-third of the ink has been used then returns are not possible. Toners & inks must be returned with full and original package.
- Seasonal and promotional products cannot be returned.
- We will be happy to replace or refund the value of any other items proven to be faulty or defective.
Returns or replacements will be performed at the time of your next delivery. To maintain our service standards, a surcharge will be applied if an immediate return or replacement is required.
Please ensure that any returned product is completed with all parts and accessories and in its original packaging. Please also include the original delivery note or invoice. Product must be in original condition. Any damages to items by abuses or alteration shall not be replaced.
All refunds on COD payments will be made by cheque. For credit card payments refunds will be made via the credit card centre. All refunds will be credited or mailed within 7 working days of the return.
Note: Individual product warranties remain valid for the specified periods.
