View your purchase reports

PURCHASE REPORTS - They're Easy! And Powerful!


	Type in your login name and password in the login box at the top, and click on the "LOGIN" flashing icon.

Go to the Purchase Reports


	You can select Purchase Reports from the left hand' Administration tools'.

Select Report Dates


	Select the beginning and ending date for your report.

Select Report Type

Purchase Total Report - allows you to see your total spending

* If you are a Group Orderer, this report only shows your own spending


	Product Categories Breakdown Report - here you can view your product categories purchase breakdown


	Product Sub-categories Breakdown Report - here you can view your product sub-categories purchase breakdown

Invoice Report - you can review all your past and outstanding invoice amounts and status

* If you are a Group Orderer, you cannot view this report.


	Product Report - Instantly view a list of all quantities and dollar amounts of items purchased (by category or show all)

View Your Report!


	To view your report, click on "View Report".


	If you have Microsoft Excel installed in your PC, you can also click on "Download the Excel format" to see each report table as an Excel file.


	Once your report is in Excel format, you can format it or incorporate other Excel spreadsheets as you require!
